Eating the wrong foods lowers our immunity. With an under-active immune system our body is too ‘tired’ to function properly and instead of us throwing out rubbish, our body just accumulate and accumulate rubbish.
You don’t just learn how to be healthy, you live it. Being healthy is a life-style. And you don’t just learn truth, you practice it, it also becomes a lifestyle. We all know how to be good people but what good does it do if we don’t practice it. Also, why would we practice being good on the outside if we can’t be good on the inside. Do you really think we can eat junk food and practice love on the outside? I think the idea is that we go forward, improve, change for the better, even though, sometimes we fall backwards. At least when we go backwards, we are very aware off it and we say to ourselves: “ We must get back on the right track again”.
