Feedback / Complaints / Damaged Goods

If you are not satisfied with our product within 30 days of purchase, we will happily replace the product or refund your money, less the postage fee.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS

We take care to pack your items carefully so that they won't get damaged in transit. If, for whatever reason, they arrive damaged or faulty, we ask that you let us know within 7 days of receiving them in the mail. We'll arrange for the products to be returned to us and a replacement will be sent out to you.

 

Which payment methods do you accept?

Direct deposit, Paypal and all major cards. We also accept checks and product will be send to you after the check clears.

What is the best time of the day to have SunLove Greens?

Anytime of the day really. It all depends on what your needs are.  A SunLove Smoothie or nut-milkshake is great in the morning. You can also sprinkle SunLove Greens over your cereal or muesli. During the day and especially around 2 pm, you can have a scoop of SunLove Greens in some water for a pick-me-up.
